Ok so there has been alot of buzz lately about Target and the fact that Target stores many times do not give consumers who are using coupons the full face value for those coupons. Is that a rip off? Well I think so considering that Target will receive full value for those coupons + an $0.08 handeling fee for each coupon when theysubmit to the clearing house.
What can you do? Sign this petition that will be submitted to Target corporate office.
